Dr. Deborah Wilson, MD
Medical Director + Founder
Dr. Deborah Wilson has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology, and later, exclusively gynecology, for 35 years. She is a nationally recognized expert in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Through Olympus America, she spent six years teaching other gynecologists the surgical techniques necessary to perform laparoscopic hysterectomy, both locally and nationally.
As her patient population transitioned from young pregnant women to a more mature clientele, she became increasingly aware of the unwanted effects of aging in her patients, which sparked her interest in aesthetics. Her patients often expressed a desire for non-invasive methods to improve skin tone, reduce fat and cellulite, and rejuvenate the vagina. Dr. Wilson was impressed by the quality of technology available to achieve remarkable results without surgery and wanted to offer these services to her patients.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Elaine is a registered nurse and nurse practitioner student who brings both advanced clinical experience and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every treatment she performs.
We understand that when it comes to aesthetics, trust matters. Transitions can feel uncertain, which is why Elaine takes this role very seriously. She is committed to continuing the high standard of care you’ve come to expect at Wilson MD Aesthetics + Wellness, with a focus on safety, education, and natural-looking results.
Elaine’s background in emergency medicine and trauma has greatly influenced her aesthetic philosophy. She approaches injectables with a conservative and intentional mindset, always prioritizing facial harmony and subtle enhancements that help you feel like the best version of yourself—never overdone or “different.”
Her passion for aesthetics is rooted in a deeper commitment to women’s wellness and confidence, supporting the beauty that already exists while enhancing it thoughtfully. Whether you’re new to injectables or maintaining your results, Elaine’s goal is to make you feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout your experience.
Outside the treatment room, Elaine is a wife, a mother to an energetic 4-year-old son, and the proud owner of a Goldendoodle. She’s a hot Pilates enthusiast, coffee lover, and self-proclaimed professional yapper—bringing warmth, relatability, and genuine connection to every appointment.
Jenny Arrey

Lead Clinical Aesthetician + Certified Laser Technician
Jenny gained extensive experience and knowledge in the medical aesthetics industry for many years before becoming a certified laser technician and licensed aesthetician in the state of New Mexico in 2017. She moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, in 2019 with her husband and two beloved fur babies.
Jenny is deeply passionate about her work and strives to make healthy skin an achievable goal for everyone. Her focus is on result-driven treatments that emphasize both efficacy and safety.
A key part of her success as an aesthetician, in addition to her genuine passion, is her commitment to continuing education and staying current in the ever-evolving aesthetics industry. She takes pride in her extensive knowledge of skincare and its importance. She firmly believes that skincare itself is a form of treatment.
Her experience has made her highly versatile, trustworthy, and empathetic, allowing her to tailor each patient's treatment plan to their individual needs. Jenny is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels genuinely cared for. She is truly patient-obsessed. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, hiking, and cycling.
Becky Fuller

Clinical Aesthetician + Certified Laser Technician
Becky Fuller is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician with over seven years of experience in the aesthetic industry. She graduated from the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics in Arizona and specializes in advanced laser treatments. Becky is also a ZO Skin Health certified expert.
She is committed to ongoing education and continuously seeks to expand her knowledge in the ever-evolving field of lasers and aesthetics. Her passion lies in helping patients achieve beautiful, confident skin through personalized care and effective results.
Becky believes in building genuine relationships with her clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their skincare journey. She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending quality time with her family, being outdoors, and gardening.
